About the Programme
The FEM in STEM programme is a career mentorship initiative by Schneider Electric, in partnership with Impactiv, dedicated to empowering Emirati female university students, fresh graduates, and emerging talent in STEM, particularly Engineering.
Through one-on-one mentorship with experienced Schneider Electric professionals, the programme provides the guidance, industry insights, and professional connections needed to support their career readiness.
Building on the success of its first two cohorts, Cohort III places greater emphasis on career readiness, practical industry exposure, and greater alignment with evolving workforce needs. Through mentorship, professional development, and industry engagement, participants gain firsthand exposure to Schneider Electric's people, workplace culture, and career opportunities, helping them explore potential career pathways and confidently transition into the workforce.

The mentoring process was a very enriching experience for me. It allowed me to reflect on my own skills, particularly around active listening, coaching, and structuring guidance based on individual needs.
