The Fem in STEM is a career mentorship program dedicated to advancing the professional growth of female university students within our community. Rooted in Schneider Electric’s commitment to social impact, diversity, and inclusion, the program drives equal opportunities and capacity building for women in STEM, particularly in Engineering, by connecting them with Schneider Electric mentors who provide the knowledge, support, and networks needed to thrive.

After a successful first cohort matching 25 students with 25 mentors from Schneider Electric, we’re proud to expand our mission. Cohort II matches 50 female students with 50 Schneider Electric mentors, doubling our impact and deepening our investment in future STEM leaders. Over six months, participants will gain real-world exposure, sharpen professional skills, build valuable industry connections, and receive personalized career guidance.

At Schneider Electric, we believe in empowering the next generation of women in STEM to lead with confidence, curiosity, and innovation. The Fem in STEM program is more than mentorship, it’s a movement toward a more inclusive, equitable future in STEM.
