The FEM in STEM is a career mentorship program designed to foster the professional development of female university students within our community. FEM in STEM extends Schneider’s commitment to social impact and diversity and inclusion by investing in younger generation, fostering equal opportunities to female students in STEM fields and in Engineering in particular.
Through mentorship from Schneider leaders, FEM in STEM equips female undergraduates with with real-world knowledge, professional skills development, industry connections, and career guidance.
In its first cohort, FEM in STEM matches 25 female students with 25 mentors from Schneider Gulf, fostering learning, upskilling, and development over six months.
